Perfume Making with Sara Lucia

Make your own botanical perfume to give as a unique and bespoke Christmas gift to someone special or simply make it as a treat for yourself.
Join us for a creative, fun and relaxing morning and learn all the secrets of perfume making from professional Perfumer Sara Lucia. Harness your creativity and express yourself through the power of scent.
During the morning you will sample an extensive range of pure essential oils, learn about the different fragrance families and discover how to structure and make your perfect perfume blend using only essential oils and Perfumers’ alcohol.
Workshop content;
Learn the techniques used in natural perfumery and sample a range of different essential oils such as Lavender, Rose, Ylang, Ylang, Geranium and many other botanicals
- Play the ‘Aroma Identification’ game and see how many aromas you can identify just from their scent alone and improve your sense of smell
- Practice creating your own perfume sample from scratch using perfectly balanced perfume ‘recipes’
- Learn more about the beautiful ingredients used in natural perfumery including:-delicate and deep florals, zingy citrus, sweet and spicy orientals, earthy woods, aromatic herbs, resins and pods
- Select the essential oils you love and then create your own perfectly balanced blend to take home in a beautiful glass bottle.

- Your beautiful bespoke 25 ml perfume in an elegant glass bottle
- 2 ml perfume sample

Last Wishes Workshop

A day workshop led by Interfaith minister and celebrant Jean Francis during which we explore how we would like to celebrate the end of our own life or that of a loved one.

We start the day off with the amazing LIFE UPGRADE Workshop. This beautiful “me time” workshop gives you tools to get into your personal power; to find that “Stillness Within” as well as techniques to clear negative thoughts. This interactive Workshop is scheduled for 10am on Sunday 21st October and includes a demonstration by Nikki Barrett of Revelation Kinesiology. Some people in the audience will experience some rather impressive healing techniques. This could well be YOU!
The afternoon will see the world renowned RESET workshop which focusses on why balancing jaw is so important for the overall health of the body. We look at hydration; mineral imbalance; meridian imbalance and much more. You learn a 45 minute technique which you can use on yourself, on family, friends and in clinic. This is an extremely popular technique which has had far reaching effects on the health of many many people.
