May 9th 2025 – 6pm-9:30pm – Bernadi Music Group Presents:

A Concert for EsteemA Concert for Esteem

You are warmly invited to a special concert in aid of Esteem.

An enchanting evening of classical music in support of young people in Sussex. Join us for an unforgettable night at the stately Sedgwick Park, where the exquisite sounds of the Stradivarius Piano Trio and the talented musicians of the String Academy will fill the air in a setting of timeless beauty. This exclusive event also features an opportunity to view a specially curated selection of portrait work by classically trained artist Svetlana Cameron.

The concert is presented by Bernardi Music Group, an organisation dedicated to uniting communities through the power of music. With a belief in music’s ability to transform lives, foster connections, and support those at the margins of society, this event has been thoughtfully curated in partnership with Focus Foundation to raise essential funds for Esteem, a Sussex-based youth charity, creating spaces for young people to thrive. Money raised will help save Esteem’s home – the last youth centre in the area.

Join us for an evening of inspiration, artistry, and impact. Your presence will make a difference to those in need. We look forward to sharing this very special evening with you.

Arrival from 6pm to view Grade II Harold Peto gardens at Sedgwick Park. Also in exhibition will be Svetlana Cameron’s Fine Art work.

Sound Healing Experience

Now booking for – Sunday 25th May 1pm-4.30pm

What to Expect:

A full afternoon retreat :-Imagine stepping into a serene space where time slows, and a sense of calm begins to gently unfold. This afternoon retreat begins with nurturing somatic movement, simple yet profound practices that help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and become fully present. With each gentle stretch and mindful motion, you’ll feel your body awakening, softening, and preparing to receive the full restorative power of the sound bath to follow. This is where the gentle tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and sacred instruments invite you to simply be. This is your time to let go, to drift effortlessly into a cocoon of soothing sound, where healing happens naturally and deeply.

Feel your body soften, releasing layers of tension you didn’t even realize you were holding. Notice your mind begin to quiet, as the endless chatter fades into a peaceful stillness. Sense your soul rekindle, reconnecting with a profound and unshakable sense of inner balance, clarity, and wholeness.

As the sound waves ripple through you, they may ease stress, lower your heart rate, and help your body find its natural rhythm of calm. The vibrations harmonize with your energy, realigning and recharging you from within, creating a deep sense of centeredness and flow.

This is your moment to let go of the outside world, to rest in the gentle embrace of sound, and to emerge refreshed, reconnected, and deeply renewed. Whether you seek relaxation, emotional balance, or a sense of something more, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready to move through life with a newfound sense of ease and joy.

We will finish the experience with refreshments and a chance to connect with fellow participants and the beautiful surroundings of Sedgwick Park.
